4. Website Chat Assistant
Our Site offers an automated chat assistant (Customer, Technical, Product and Partner) to answer your questions. When you use it:
- Your conversation is recorded and stored, including the messages you type and the assistant’s replies, together with technical data such as a session identifier, timestamp and IP address.

- We use chat transcripts to answer your request, follow up with you if you ask us to, and improve the assistant.
- Chat transcripts are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted.
- By starting a chat, you acknowledge and consent to this recording and processing. If you do not agree, please do not use the chat and contact us by email or phone instead.
